Outside Sales Rep / Territory Manager: PIC
Outside Sales Rep/Territory Manager Company Information We are a leading Industrial Chemical and Cleaning Supplies manufacturer and distributor.

Position Overview - Rep will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing the growth of their assigned territory by working with the proven strategies set forth by management.
- Technical chemical experience is not necessary for being successful.
- No overnight travel required Responsibilities - Meet or exceed budgeted quota for assigned territory - Make demonstrations and knowledgeable presentations to customers and prospects - Be willing to put forth the effort to build a lasting career with a strong residual earning potential - Independently manage tough business situations.
This includes anticipating obstacles and competitive threats and modifying or adjusting solutions in such a way as to be in a preferred position.
- Meet with customers and/or prospects face to face on a daily basis Qualifications 2 years of college or 2 years of face to face outside sales experience preferred but not necessarily required Valid drivers license Reliable Transportation Proficient at interacting with people at all levels of an organization Effective negotiation skills Exceptional organization and prioritization skills Willingness to learn Desire to succeed personally and financially Ability to recognize and capitalize on opportunities Exceptional Sales skills Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
