Online Marketing Coordinator: National Wildlife Federation
We seek an Online Marketing Coordinator to coordinate online marketing campaigns.

We seek an Online Marketing Coordinator to coordinate online marketing campaigns consistently delivering high quality, timely and cost effective marketing efforts that meet or exceed budgeted net revenue.
The Online Marketing Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited to: Developing and updating Membership Marketing email calendars and Multi-Department email schedules, managing online campaigns across Email, Web, SEM and social media, facilitating and influencing concept development, along with management and implementation of project timelines.
Basic level online production work, including updating HTML landing and donation pages, and providing support where needed to Kids Publications online team.
This position will also provide coordinator level assistance including duties such as routing copy, updating documents, managing premium inventory process, and invoice processing, as well as other duties as required.
Qualified candidates for this position must have a Bachelors degree concentrations in marketing, communications, or advertising strongly preferred; as well as a minimum three years experience in Marketing or Project Management.
The Online Marketing Coordinator must be a multitasking individual with excellent interpersonal skills enabling them to communicate with members, a variety of NWF employees and outside vendors, as well as to run creative meetings strong organization skills, the ability to work in fast-paced environment, the ability to prioritize and effectively manage workflow, and strong project management skills.
He or she must consistently meet deadlines, pay attention to detail, have experience with office suite computer programs, particularly word-processing and spreadsheet programs and the ability to learn and use a variety of computer programs.
Candidates must also have good correspondence, copy, editing, and proofreading skills, basic graphic design and or HTML skills helpful, basic copy editing and graphic design skills are desired.
