National Account Manager
Min of 5 yrs of previous sales & account mgmt exper with dental or medical products! VISION: Partner with Sales and Marketing Directors to create a proactive national model with emphasis of selling through distributors to dentists and doctors.
New President wants to double revenues organically due to the large and increasing number of patented products that are winning high quality recognition awards.
In last year, company has established relationships with 20+ dealer/distributors across North America and needs to partner better with them.
OPPORTUNITY: Business is privately-held, entrepreneurial, well financed, profitable, and committed to growth.
Partner to develop and execute key sales strategies, programs and plans to maximize business potential.
This will include management of dealers, key accounts, trade shows, and schools/universities.
Initially focus on developing and implementing programs in: (1) Promotional Programs develop an annual sales & marketing integrated promotional program that incorporates national programs, targeted customer programs, web-based programs, dealer initiatives, and trade shows.
Promotions will be focused on increasing sales, generating new customers, cross-selling products, supporting dealer network, increasing web purchases, and improving brand market shares; (2) Key Account Program research, develop and implement a competitive key account/corporate program that will incentivize the sale of products into large national/regional dental/medical buying groups throughout the USA; and (3) Trade Shows organize and manage all aspects of the trade shows including pre-show mailers, show specials, traffic-generating programs, key personnel, meetings, marketing and sampling initiatives, and budgets.
REQUIREMENTS: BS wanted.
Minimum of 5 years of previous sales and account management experience with either dental or medical products in a multi-state area.
Demonstrated success in new business development is essential.

REWARD: Base of $85,000 -105,000 plus 15-25% bonus, long term incentives, and excellent benefits.
