Marketing Manager

We currently have an exciting opportunity in our New York Office for a Marketing Manager in our Public Relations department.
Those who qualify will be capable of managing all special events and marketing for French Connection and Nicole Farhi retail and wholesale divisions: Execute and facilitate all event marketing programs, including store openings, seasonal events, in-store sales opportunities, etc. Proactively seek out brand worthy events and promotional sales driven opportunities with limited budget and no partners.
Have strong relationships with outside vendors (caterers, liquor sponsors, etc.) for event planning.
Strong connections within the fashion and entertainment industry.
Background/Requirements: Motivated, creative, and enthusiastic; cannot be afraid to "roll up their sleeves" to get the job done Team player and flourish in a group-like setting Thorough and detail oriented Ability to build and maintain relationships a MUST.
A background in building partnerships and crafting marketing campaigns is necessary.
Magazine and music industry relationships are a plus MUST love fashion- a retail marketing background is preferred Qualified applicants must have at least 3-5 years of strategic marketing experience in a retail and/or wholesale environment.
