Marketing Assistant: ZEiTECS
Marketing Assistant Job SummaryAssist the Marketing and Sales team with planning, developing and implementation of ZEiTECS marketing strategy, communications, and public relations activities.
Assist in organizing market research and contribute to further marketing plans for specific products and services.
Performs market analysis, monitoring competitive activity, and identifying customer needs.
Manages company website.
Handle preparation of internal/external communication material.
OrgainizationThe position reports to the Vice President of Marketing & SalesPart of Global Marketing & Sales Team Requirements:
Adept at quantitative analysis
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs and Apple equivalent software, and Adobe, InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, HTML, XML, Photoshop design software
Ability to develop design management briefs.
Experience in website construction, development and maintenance using common open source CMS software
Experience building and maintaining Company CRM system software
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures
Ability to write reports, press releases and other business correspondence
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals or groups
Ability to give and receive feedback on work
Ability to be a team player and to demonstrate constructive interpersonal skills, team working local & virtual global
Excellence in the ability to articulate the value proposition in all communications
Interpersonal and communication skills
Self starter motivated to achieve results
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Must be detail and process-oriented
Ability to be self-motivated and to work independently.
Sound business acumen combined with a sense for the Customer
Be a domain expert for designated marketsPosition Requirements:
BBA in Marketing or related field
1 to 2 years marketing experience with computing products.
Working Location & Hours: Office is located in Houston, TX Working hours normally from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Mon-Fri)Remuneration: Your remuneration will be based on your experience and relevant skill set.
