WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? This position is responsible for the planning and execution of AARP auto and homeowners insurance marketing programs.

Functions include creative development, legal approvals, customer segmentation, production support, planning initiatives and test design strategies.

This position is also responsible for proactively identifying campaign performance drivers and recommending appropriate methodologies to optimize campaign performance.

Oversee designated marketing programs from initial planning, execution, implementation and validation.

Increase consumer focus in marketing campaigns to drive broader market opportunity and/or increase marketing efficiency.

Engage in the development of new and existing program growth strategies and identify marketing activities that are required to support and achieve all profitable growth objectives.

Responsible for maintaining control over expense management associated with programs including test and design strategies.

Manage marketing programs and test execution across Production, Segmentation and Analytics to maximize findings from test campaigns and to help foster strategic program growth.

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION? Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related discipline, advance degree a plus Direct Marketing experience required (4+ years) Financial services, especially insurance related experience preferred Demonstrated program management / lead generation success Strong acquisition economic quantitative ability Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management skills Superior project execution skills with strong attention to detail WHAT IS THE COMPENSATION OPPORTUNITY? At the Hartford, our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay competitive base salaries and reward performance.

The base salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $70,000.

In addition, you will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program including Medical, Dental, Life and Disability Insurance, a 401K Plan, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan and more.
