International Marketing Manager
Job DescriptionCreative marketing professional with well-rounded international marketing experience needed to join our dynamic and growing marketing/communications team.
The International Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for managing the development and implementation of company's global marketing strategy in our international markets: Canada, Europe and Asia.
The International Marketing Manager will work closely with the US-based marketing department and will report to the International Marketing/Communications Manager.
This role is based in New York City and will involve international (Canada, Europe and Asia) travel approximately 6 times a year.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis international role encompasses the management of new market launches, industry conference participation; client communication, entertainment, and promotions; sales support development; collateral creation; and support of international media and analyst relations.
Qualifications-Minimum five years proven experience in marketing and communications in the financial services industry.
-Experience with Asia marketing required.
Experience living/working in Hong Kong or Tokyo a plus.
-PR/Marketing agency experience a plus.
-Ability to travel internationally required.
-Excellent writing and presentation skills.
-Ability to interface with all levels of organization including the executive management team, customers, sales force and designers.
-Creative thinker who is passionate about succeeding both personally and as part of a team.
-Innovative marketer who strives to approach projects from a new angle.
