Integrated Marketing Coordinator Job Description: The Integrated Marketing Coordinator is part of the Ad Sales Integrated Marketing team and works to support sales that require database selection and fulfillment.
Responsibilities include running counts for database programs, scheduling advertisers, creating the bi- annual health ailment survey and coordinating various integrated marketing projects and presentations.
This position manages the trafficking and scheduling for a variety of Ad Sales programs, working as a liaison for the Ad Sales merchandising team, including: Address Cards, RD Specials, and Book Ride-Alongs .
Responsibilities also include supporting key Integrated Programs such as the Reader's Digest Word Power Challenge and Integrated Marketing proposals, as well as overall Marketing Projects that require RD assets.
Key Responsibilities - Acts as the in-house liaison and coordinator for Reader's Digest corporate database programs, providing counts, running regular demographic, geographic, and lifestyle targets for advertising programs, investigating other data sources to expand the targets, and scheduling sold programs.
- Compiles selection criteria each month (ie Unserts, Outserts, samples, inserts/demo editions, list rentals, direct mail, address cards) and coordinates with Ad Sales and Pleasantville.
- Acts as the Ad Sales liaison and schedules all corporate programs such as: Book Ride-Alongs, RD Specials, Address Cards - Coordinates design and fulfillment of integrated program such as doctor's office displays, mailings, etc. - Keeps samples and inventory of all running programs.
- Coordinates projects that support Ad Sales Marketing, such as the rate cards, web site projects, and sales materials.
- Supports key Integrated Marketing programs such as the Reader's Digest National Word Power Challenge.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree plus 2-3 years experience in advertising, promotion, or database marketing.
- Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects - Strong organizational skills.
- Production, publishing or direct mail experience desirable.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
