FIELD RECRUITERS (Part-Time) QUALITATIVE SERVICES DEPT.
HORSHAM, PA We have an excellent opportunity for additional Field Recruiters to join the staff in our Qualitative Services Department at our Horsham Corporate office.
JOB DESCRIPTION: - The primary responsibility in this position is in-house recruitment of Physicians, C-levels, other business professionals to attend Focus Groups (for which they are paid.
)- Recruiters must work at least 3 days per week, 7 hours per day, starting at 9:00 AM. REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will possess the following qualities: - Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to communicate with executive level respondents.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and oral.
)- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment- Customer Service background is a plus!- Neat handwriting is essential.
