Client Services Analyst: Araca Merchandise L.P.
Collect and analyze data on theater client demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential clientele and factors affecting product demand.
Monitor theater industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature.
Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
Evaluate company services provided to client and recommend areas for development.
Develop and oversee account budgets and provide periodic financial reports to senior management; conduct market research; lead the Company's operational expansion for Germany-based theatrical productions.
Develop client relationships; direct service to selected accounts, including Broadway accounts.
Maintain a positive working relationship with clients and respond promptly to client demands.
Assist with the development product lines for designated accounts in consult with client company's Creative Director and Design Team.
Assist with client communications and coordinate company and client approval of products; work with Sales and Inventory teams to develop pricing and inventory levels.
