Associate Producer; Producer
The Norwalk office is currently seeking a Producer.
This role is responsible for working with other members of the team to flawlessly deliver solutions that drive client results and meet Jack Morton financial requirements.
Responsiblities: - Project management - Facilitation of large conference web registration, housing and onsite management - Internal and external client interface and presentation - Managing budgets/reconciliations and excellent quality control and conflict resolution.
Requirements: - 4-6 years of related experience - Strong project management skills including budgeting, scheduling, and client relations - Proposal generation experience; excellent writing skills - Knowledge of software logistics; basic technical knowledge, including but not limited to Powerpoint and Excel.

Responsibilites: Work closely with the Project Leader to execute production segments Organize and manage communications between project team members Assist in the organization and management of communications with client Develop a positive working relationship with the client Look for innovative solutions to production methods Assist in developing effective cost budgets and in tracking costs during the course of project Assist in managing/reducing third party costs Requirements: College degree 3 4 years production experience in a major agency, communications company or production company Strong project management skills including budgeting, scheduling, and client relations.
Excellent business and report-writing skills.
Knowledge of software logistics and basic technical knowledge.
Strong production competencies: client focus, accountability for results, team effectiveness, developing others, attention to detail, flexibility and professional confidence.
