Associate Marketing Manager: ALM
ALM is seeking an entrepreneurial Associate Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the overall strategy and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns for our Continuing Legal Education (CLE) division.
Responsibilities: Coordinate with the CLECenter.com Director on all marketing functions for the Online Continuing Legal Education division Develop annual month-by-month marketing plan and tactics Identify new markets and work with team to implement new products, list rentals, and marketing reach Create and implement divisional marketing ROI report; complete on a monthly basis Plan, copy-write, and execute all marketing assets & collateral; graphic design when necessary Manage daily e-mails: promotion creation, list selection, HMTL, copywriting, launch Manage Google AdWords bi-weekly Manage monthly direct mail lists, postcards, and mailings Manage Twitter promotions Manage live events (monthly to bi-monthly) presence and marketing efforts Marketing for live events: website creation, email promotions, postcard promotions, and materials/handouts (per event as necessary) Manage internal online advertising and national/regional print ad placement Create and manage booth for Virtual LegalTech Manage vendor relationships (email, direct mail, good, internal, print); currently evaluating new e-mail vendors Responsible for new product creation, pricing and promotions Work with content providers partners on co-branding and co-product marketing Requirements: Bachelor's degree 2+ years of marketing communications experience, preferably within the legal industry Solid understanding of the digital marketing environment, including web, mobile, social, email, digital media & advertising Ability to manage integrated and cross discipline marketing concepts from creation to implementation.
Able to function as a leader within a cross-functional team Must have prior experience working with email marketing software programs (ie Vertical Response, Adestra) Able to evaluate creative designs and provide thoughtful feedback Flexibility able to adapt to changes within campaigns and within the digital marketing landscape.
Able to effectively present ideas Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical business groups across the company An understanding of analytics, measuring and interpreting key campaign metrics.
Outstanding computer and technology skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet, PPT) Knowledge of the legal industry and current hot topics ALM places a high value on employees and strives to be an employer of choice.
