Assistant Business Manager Shaun T Brand/Products: Product Partners/Beachbody
position will play a key role in assisting in the development and execution of the business planAssistant Business Manager for all Shaun T products (including Insanity, Hip Hop Abs, Rockin Body, Get Real and Fit Kids) Job Description Summary: Reporting to the Business Leader for Shaun T products, this position will play a key role in assisting the Business Leader to develop and execute the business plans for these product lines by performing a wide range of tasks.
This position will be focused on improving the allowable, contribution margin, and overall brand performance.
Key Responsibilities Include: · Analysis of sales and RPO y channel to identify opportunities · Develop marketing initiatives to address new opportunities · Create Briefs, Daptive requests and lead cross-functional teams in mapping out and executing from inception to launch.
· Ensure all promotional and web assets on all products are refreshed, current and up-to-date.
· Manage telemarketing and web testing funnel to ensure full line up to improve profitability.
· Generate Network marketing initiatives and promotions to improve Shaun T franchise sales including TBB promos, Coach Calls, message boards, coach collateral, product guides, etc. · Execute pre-launch marketing plan for Asylum.
· Analysis of weekly media results and collaboration to improve CPO. · Assist in launch of International product versions and marketing plans.
· Coordinate and execute operational activities with product development, inventory/procurement and customer service.
Requirements: · BA or MBA with high GPA from top-tier university or liberal arts college.
· 2-3 years+ at consumer packaged goods classical brand marketing experience · Strong quantitative and analytic skills required.
· Strong product management and marketing skills with P/L accountability.
· Strong project management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Collaborative team player.
