Training Specialist

Job Category: Manufacturing & Operations

The Training Specialist will play a key role in keeping training projects and end-user training materials up-to-date, organized and on track in support of the Program Management community of Thomson Prometric.

Candidates must have the desire to train, be a quick learner, have the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, and have excellent communication skills.

Learn end-user applications and procedures for instructor-led training opportunities.

-Track class attendance, evaluations and feedback -Maintain and support class scheduling, logistics and setup.

-Develop/maintain training agendas/schedules -Author/Update training materials, user guides and reference materials as needed -Successful training and education of Prometric proprietary systems -Provide information and work one-on-one as necessary with individual program managers -Become "go-to person for system and process questions Bachelors Degree -Previous training experience a plus -Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present in front of a large audience -Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

-Must be a team player with a positive attitude -Strong MS Office skills, with the desire and ability to learn advanced features of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Apply Online
