Training And Development Relationship Manager
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this world renowned Investment Bank.
The Relationship Manager is the singular point of accountability for an identified line of business on all matter related to performance improvement and development, including: training needs analysis, training strategy consultation, execution of training and measurement of the impact of learning.
Key responsibilities include: Develop and execute training and development strategy including: assessment and reengineering of existing programs, analysis of gaps and development of a platform that will provide training and development opportunities throughout various career stages and levels Work with the business leadership team to ensure training solutions and programs support business drivers and targets Develop and implement consistent methods and metrics to measure the effectiveness of training Assess the needs of the business and works with Learning and Professional Development team to develop, manage and execute comprehensive training plans Implement training projects employing blended instructional technology and solutions, including traditional classroom, web-based and other forms of learning Assist in all performance management process activities Represent the business on applicable corporate-wide training initiatives • Owns and manages all training related budget and allocation process for assigned business HRLadder.com is a comprehensive resource for Human Resource executive level jobs in the fields of Recruiting, Training/Organizational Development, Benefits and Compensation Management and more.
