Test Technician
Ultra Clean Technology is a developer and supplier of critical subsystems for the semiconductor and capital equipment industry, focusing on gas delivery systems.
We have an immediate need for an experienced 2nd Shift Test Technician in our growing Austin, Texas site.
Essential Responsibilities: Job responsibilities included in this position are inspection, functional testing and electro-mechanical assembly of gas delivery systems.
Extensive experience in the following is crucial to the success of this position: helium leak testing, reading and interpreting schematics, module test of assemblies and sub-assemblies, methodical trouble-shooting skills and performing corrective action on failed assemblies and sub-assemblies.
Excellent communication skills and computer literacy is essential.
Must have a sense of urgency and the ability to stay on schedule.
Education & Experience Requirements: Associates degree or Bachelors degree in manufacturing technology or electrical engineering technology preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of directly related experience.
Ability to work 2nd shift.
Must have the ability to work well with coworkers.
Punctual, dependable and the ability to work extended shifts and or weekends with short notice We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package.
