Sr. Oracle Business Analyst
The Senior Oracle Business Analyst will be responsible for providing ongoing end user support TITLE: Senior Oracle Business Analyst LEVEL: _______ DATE: ________ POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Oracle Business Analyst will be responsible for providing ongoing end user support of the Oracle eBusiness suite as well as driving new initiatives to optimize and automate our global business processes.
REPORTS TO: Director of IT RESPONSIBILITIES: The Senior Oracle Business Analyst will be responsible for the following: - Providing world class Oracle application support to a diverse set of internal users across the following Oracle Finance and Operations Modules: - Accounts Payable - Accounts Receivable - Fixed Assets - General Ledger - Project Accounting - iExpenses - Inventory - Purchasing - iProcurement - Order Management - Logistics - Partnering with key business users to understand their business and challenges and then make recommendations on how the Oracle system can be leveraged to resolve their issues or provide new capabilities - Collaborating effectively with a global Oracle team - Providing outstanding project management for a diverse set of stakeholders including internal customers, IT team members, software vendors, and independent contractors POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Technical: - 5-7 years supporting Oracle applications while working in a fast paced corporate IT or systems consulting organization.
- Experience supporting a single instance multi- org structure within Oracle is desirable - A proven track record of implementing technical solutions that enable internal customers to optimize effectiveness, promote efficiency, and align with corporate strategy - Ability to demonstrate significant project management experience The Senior Oracle Business Analyst will demonstrate the following characteristics: - self motivated individual with a high drive to achieve and get results from themselves and the teams with which they work - a commitment to partnering with internal customers and IT colleagues to achieve goals - a commitment to world class customer service - willingness to provide leadership and coaching to direct reports and IT colleagues - Ability to handle multiple projects.
