Project Analyst II
This position will manage critical Program Management Office responsibilities for the Global Business Transformation Team (GBT).
Core responsibilities include working closely with the GBT Team to monitor and track project plans, maintain pipeline management reporting, and provide analytical support for projects.
The incumbent will analyze data to assist in scoping projects, be assigned responsibilities such as conducting marketplace research to assist project teams managing larger initiatives.
This position will also support the GBT Team in terms of tracking, communicating and implementing change management plans.
In addition, this position will coordinate and attend GBT Leadership meetings/calls established to capture and provide accurate and timely progress reports for Sr. Executive updates.
Other responsibilities include working across regions and multiple business units at all levels of the organization, assist in managing ad hoc projects as needed.
2 years of demonstrated analysis and project management experience.
Experience working on process improvement projects and/or Six Sigma Projects is preferred.
Green Belt certification preferred, or must be willing to complete Green Belt training and certification.
Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Proven project management skills and the ability to drive results.
The candidate must have strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate and make recommendations based on analysis.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, remaining flexible, while focused on results.
Strong people skills and excellent relationship management is key to the success of this position.
Self starter who can work effectively in a dynamic and ambiguous environment and remain focussed on results.
Proven proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project tools.
High energy and flexibility required.
Preferred knowledge of Corporate Card and/or Corporate Travel products.
