Job Description/ Qualifications: Adecco, a Forbes 500 company and the leader in the staffing industry, has a great opportunity available for a dedicated professional staffing supervisor to work onsite at one of our customer locations in the Charlotte, NC area.
We are looking for someone who can work under minimal supervision to optimize service to our clients in a high quality, cost-effective manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS REQUIRED BUT NOT LIMITED TO
1. Overseeing as well as performing the interviewing, hiring and placement of temporary employee
2. Identify qualified temporary employees through recruiting and interviewing activities to create an inventory sufficient to meet current and future client demand.
3. Fill and service client temporary staffing orders.
4. Ensure full compliance of Adecco policies and procedures in conjunction with client's contract requirements.
5. Coordinate and consult with branch manager to better understand client's needs, maximize level of service, encourage relationship building and provide cost effective service solutions.
6. Work with all systems, facilities and equipment.
Ensure equipment is kept in working order, replaced or repaired when required so that facilities reflect the highest professional standards.
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS: * High degree of professionalism.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in PC software to include MS Outlook, Excel and Word WORKING CONDITIONS: Work typically performed in office and distribution center environment.
As required by position, able to travel for short or extended periods to other Adecco and client business locations, vendors and other business-related destinations.
