Payroll Clerk

JOB DESCRIPTION: We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Clerk.
Hours will be 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Qualified candidates will be responsible for the following: Edit Time and Attendance.
Research and resolve payroll issues.
Prepare and request garnishment checks.
Calculate time off forms and data entry.
Transmit payroll.
Prepare 401k, health and welfare reports.
Clerical filing.
Monthly management reports.
Review payroll and distribute checks.
JOB REQUIRMENTS: Associates Degree plus minimum of 1 year Payroll experience.
Knowledge of Kronos, PayPro or Simplex systems a plus.
Motivated, Team Player, willing to learn new systems and processes, willing to assume new responsibilities.
Detail oriented.
Strong organizational, analytical, written, verbal communication skills.
