Paint Supervisor
Paint Supervisor The PAINT SUPERVISOR position requires heavy experience in both paint operations including powder coating and some wet paint as well as heavy supervisory experience and working with work orders, etc.The PAINT Supervisor directs the activities of a multi-phase, paint department, including all staff and functions which includes, but is not limited to, painters, painters helpers, and material handlers.
Provides excellent customer service and ensures customer satisfaction by consistently achieving a high level of on-time deliveries, the production of high quality products, and by coordinating production activities with the fabrication, assembly, customer service, maintenance, and scheduling departments.
Responsible for the training of personnel and maintaining a high level of employee morale.
Manages area(s) of responsibility in a manner that ensures the safety of all employees and fosters an organized, neat, and professional image from a physical plant standpoint.
