Music Operations Coordinator
Position Summary: The Operations Coordinator will provide support in the areas of fulfillment, cataloging and media transformation by ensuring that jobs are processed according to standards and goals established by management.
This position is responsible for executing the process as defined and ensuring that service level agreements are met by effective and timely communications and accurate reporting.
This position is also responsible for coordinating account management related to user access to the CFS customer systems.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinate daily duplication and fulfillment orders in order to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Communicate with stakeholders and performers to coordinate information related to priorities as defined by manager.
Gather and report metrics designed to monitor proces
2. Responsible for scheduling and monitoring the processing of content assets.
Coordinate aggregation and the delivery of all assets required for specific job as well as associated information.
Coordinate shipping and track and monitor metrics for reporting.
3. Coordinate user account management and authorization process with external vendor and internal resources to ensure authorized users only.
Update content on the MusicSource website at the direction of manager.
Monitor and complete reports on user metrics.
4. Coordinate first level support on the MusicSouce website to ensure effective user experience.
Elevate user requests as appropriate, including website vendor issues.
Log and Report on user support requests, including problem, resolution and close out[^%dot%^
5. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements: * 2 years experience user support for digital asset management web application.
Proven experience in developing and writing training and support materials * College education preferred but professional experience accepted.
* Strong customer service ethic with a proven attention to detail, Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
* The legal right to work in the United States.
