Mechanical Engineer
Mechanical Engineer Job Description: Read Specifications Produce and Condensed Version that denotes changes in our current methods Identify and build bill of material for all PID items Provide initial Vessel datasheets for design Provide input on PID design and material requirements Provide information on piping requirements Job Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must possess a BS in Engineering, and you must have approximately 3 or more years experience in Mechanical / Structural engineering Familiar with Structural Steel Standards and Codes and capable of performing calculations for maximizing steel design and minimizing steel content Familiar with seismic and building codes utilized in the US as preferably within the European Union Familiar with Small Skid design and optimization Ability to adjust to fabrication schedules and support activities of design and drafting personnel Controls and PLC experience a plus
