Materials Analyst
Jerr-Dan Corporation, a division of Oshkosh Truck Corp., a world class manufacturer of towing and recovery vehicles is expanding due to tremendous business growth and has an opening for Materials Analyst.
This position requires a responsible and self-motivated individual who is seeking an exciting and rewarding career.
Candidate will assist the purchasing department with inventory control and vendor management.
Focused effort will be to reduce inventory and recover warranty costs from the responsible vendor.
In addition, candidate will be involved with special projects and new products, ISO 9000 implementation for the materials department and working with manufacturing engineering regarding implementation of data collection system in the plant.
Bachelor's degree in Business with 1-3 years relative experience required.
Individual must have ability to lift and/or carry 30 pounds and walk/stand/sit to a significant degree.
Moderate travel required.
Must have excellent interpersonal, communication & teamwork skills.
