Manager, Scheduling & Support
Position Summary: The Manager, Scheduling and Support oversees customer service and administrative processes for Production Center Operations including Duplication, QC, and Post Production Scheduling.
Responsibilities
1. Implement and manage customer service, resource scheduling, and workflow management processes for Post Production, Duplication, QC, Encoding, and Studio/Field services.
2. Develop and operate support services and amenities that enhance the productivity and overall experience of Production Center staff and customers.
3. Work closely with Account Management, Project Management, and Production Center Facility Operations with respect to room and staff resource allocation.
4. Manage the efficient and effective allocation of post-production resources to clients and projects, based upon creative and technical requirements, availability, and suitability.
5. Act as a single point of contact for high-priority Post-Production, Duplication, QC, Encoding, and Studio/Field service requests.
6. Negotiate and facilitate equitable solutions to resource scheduling conflicts.
7. Promote an environment of proactive attention to customer needs.
8. Work to ensure that service quality and response time meets or exceeds customer expectations.
9. Launch administrative support services as needed for new business initiatives.
10. perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements: * The candidate must possess advanced knowledge of television post production, project management, and workflow process methodology.
* 5-10 years experience in television post-production or a related field are required.
* The candidate must be a team-player, able to multi-task, and demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.
* The legal right to work in the United States.
