Maintenance Mechanic
Responsible for performing necessary carpentry projects, changing light bulbs, changing ceiling tiles, painting and varnishing and furniture move.
Assist other department employees with building operation with equipment repair and maintenance.
Perform other assignments when directed by management.
Maintain efficient operation of boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, compressed air systems, water treatment, and all building plumbing.
Clean and lubricate all equipment necessary i.
e., filters, fans, pumps, coils, valves, strainers etc.Maintain necessary recordkeeping for reporting operation conditions.
Maintain inventory of parts and supplies for routine and breakdown maintenance.
Qualifications: Must have 3 5 years experience in a comparable role.
Completion of training required for this occupation.
Must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas: -Problem solving-Numerical reasoning-Verbal communications-Leadership-Mechanical comprehension-Color vision and perceptionMust be willing to work OT and rotating shifts.
Must show initiative and the ability to self manage tasks and responsibilities.
