Maintenance & Engineering Manager
Maintenance & Engineering Manager - Responsible for supervision of maintenance, engineering and reliability including vibration analysis, lube oil analysis and mechanical integrity.
- Direct troubleshooting of maintenance problems and establish Preventive Maintenance procedures.
Knowledge of plant equipment, maintenance and reliability Proven track records of using initiative and resourcefulness to ensure maintenance project success, including working with people at all levels and partnering with them to bring about change that brings business benefits.
Ability to learn new skills Project Management - Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple maintenance projects to completion with an agreed set of project goals.
Detailed reporting of progress.
Change Management - Effectively brought about process improvements in an organization from a maintenance and reliability position.
Initiative - Takes proactive action to resolve issues while knowing when to ask for help.
Identifies road blocks and develops strategies to remove them.
Resourceful - Able to engage other resources as deemed necessary to get the job done.

Presentation & Communication - Creates and delivers effective presentations and meetings.
Able to communicate at all levels of the organization.
