Integration/Systems Engineer
Responsible for the implementation of a Customer Services organization.
Job Description Small, but aggressive, technology company looking for individual with experience in both IT and Telecom who can define, build and implement a customer services organization.
Ability to mentor, coach and direct individuals and teams.
The position would be responsible for managing call center support and onsite support teams directly and through our sales / service partners.
Starting with IT technicians would need to be led and managed with the ultimate goal of responding quickly and efficiently with customer issues and resolving them.
A focus on ensuring that the customer base finds value in company's annual maintenance contracts is important if they find that our response does not warrant the value they will self-support with time and materials.
Presently upgrading to provide for a NOC monitoring capability for latest product but most of the base today cannot be managed.
Minimum BS in Computer Science or related field, with a proven track record of running a small to medium customer services organization.
