As a Sears HA Generalist Technician, you MUST have at least five years of industry experience.
A Home Appliance Generalist diagnose and repair ranges, microwaves, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and household air conditioning, heating and refrigeration appliances in our client's homes.
For this position, you are required to have your CFC Certification.
You will also need to provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service to ALL clients! Home Appliance Generalist's are also the BEST equipped in the industry---you will be provided with a service van, laptop computer, and all the tools needed to do the job! In fact, you will have the LUXURY of traveling directly to your first call from home each morning! We have a computer-generated routing system that enables us to EFFICIENTLY map out your day while MAXIMIZING customer satisfaction! Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements CFC Certification required along with 5 or more years of industry experience.
