HR Business Partner
Provide general HR support in New York office, as well as various sales offices throughout the US Manage at least two HR Generalists to support New York and the rest of the sales organization in the US Develop and roll out HR-related programs in the New York office, including new hire orientation programs, health fairs, team-building events, compensation programs, etc. Partner effectively with our senior engineering management in New York, as well as with the VP of Domestic Advertising Sales.
Partner with corporate Engineering HR Manager on all compensation/incentive/retention-related programs for Engineering in New York.
Support executives, their management teams, and their organizations with organization development, coaching, team building, employee surveys, communications, etc. Manage employee relations at all levels.
Partnering with the Corporate Learning and Development team to identify management/employee development needs and roll out appropriate programs/solutions.
Work closely with Staffing team in New York to increase staffing at all domestic offices.
Regularly visit field offices to roll out corporate initiatives or sales-related programs.
Requirements: Strong academic record, including a relevant BA/BS; Masters Degree strongly preferred.
8+ years in Human Resources, with 3+ yrs in Compensation, OD, or Training as a specialty.
Experience supporting technology as well as sales groups desirable.
Management experience; ability to effectively manage and develop a small team of HR professionals.
Strong solutions-oriented, analytical, systems and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Strong employee relations skills/experience, and the ability to influence senior management.
