Job Details: To service and repair gaming devices Adhere to internal controls Conduct preventative maintenance on gaming devices Diagnose and repair gaming devices Maintain a sense of urgency in responding to calls Takes initiative to ask for and offer help to customers, coworkers, supervisors Moves and install machines as needed Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies in an ethical manner Cointest gaming devices in accordance with internal controls Learn to test and repair bill validators Conduct manufacturers I/O tests Be on call as needed; respond to technical repair calls Observe repairs conducted by higher Level Game Technicians High School diploma/G.ED Electronics background (training, certification, technical school or experience) Willingness to learn.
Excellent attendance record in previous positions.
Attention to detail.
Professional appearance.
Basic electronics knowledge Use of handtools *Use of Voltmeter *Use of Manufacturers test equipment *Not required at time of hire for Level I; may be learned during probationary period as agreed upon at time of hire.
Must operate in stressful situations Must work in smoke-filled environment Must lift 150 pounds using a dolly Must lift 50 pounds manually Able to maneuver to all areas of casino.
Able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items.
Able to be on feet for long periods of time.
Respond to visual and aural cues.
Read, write and speak English
