JOB SUMMARY: We currently have an exciting opportunity with for an Expeditor.
Qualified candidates will be responsible for ensuring accurate, organized coordination of all Specialty Division orders.
JOB DUTIES: Evaluate scheduled receipts and determine what needs to be expedited Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure the correct priorities are met to support the production schedule Make recommendations, which orders may need to be rescheduled due to potential delivery issues Coordinate as appropriate to ensure the expeditious flow of production to meet production requirements Communicating availability and production status with sales JOB REQUIRMENTS: 2-4 years of production and shop floor experience.
Experience with communicating and expediting with outsourced vendors.
College degree preferred.
Detail oriented and ability to work under pressure.
Strong organizational, analytical, written, verbal communication skills.
