Job Description The Drum Fill Coordinator will be responsible for performing production functions in the Drum area.

Responsible for drum prepping, filling, labeling, screening, and packagin.

Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Coordinate fill on all drum runs (manual and automated) and assist in scheduling of drum runs.

Draft, edit, and /or revise SOPs and DMRs.

Attend daily production meetings and other meetings as necessary.

Oversee personnel assisting in drum production.

Operate and maintain motorized pallet jack.

Prepping drums for filling.

Monitor calibration of equipment.

Ordering and maintaining adequate production and laboratory supplies.

Maintaining clean and orderly area.

Assist as needed in Kitting and Finishing areas.

Completing batch records and other documentation (equipment cleaning checklists, housekeeping checklists etc.). Review batch records and other documentation.

Write deviations and complete CAPAs.

Job Qualifications Requires a HS Diploma or equivalent, 2 years experience in a production environment preferred.

College education can be substituted for years experience.

Ability to read, understand and follow the production schedule, DMRs (Device Master Records) and (SOPs) Standard Operating Procedures.

Ability to understand the importance of compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and ISO requirements.

Written and oral communication to include accurate and legible documentation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, team oriented, independent work skills and a strong work ethic.

Microsoft Office, database management, organization skills, record keeping and excellent time management skills desired.
