Compensation & Benefits Senior Consultant

Job Category: Manufacturing & Operations

Member of a team of international compensation and benefits experts that evaluates, selects, plans and launches new manufacturing, sales, tech support, customer care and/or support function operations or the expansion of existing sites around the world.

Assists in developing comparative models to assess labor pool and labor cost trends in target locations around the world.

Provides support in conducting HR due diligence in target locations.

Collects and analyzes global compensation, benefits, pay trend and economic data to evaluate potential sites and to assist in the development of new HR programs for new sites.

Works with the GSD C&B Sr. Manager, regional C&B and corporate C&B in the design and implementation of compensation strategies, structures, programs, plans, policies, tools, processes and training modules for new sites.

Works closely with the various business units, the Global Site Selection team and key corporate functions (including Facilities, Human Resources, Legal, Finance, IT, Logistics and Operations) on a daily basis.

Requirements: Qualifications BS/BA degree with 8 or more years of international compensation and benefits experience MBA and/or consulting experience is a plus, but not required.

Advanced statistical analysis skills.

Excellent communication, consulting and project management skills are required.

Position requires organizational agility to work with global, regional, local and cross-functional teams to collaborate on the execution of complex projects.
