Job Description: Responsibilities Job PurposeThe Commercial Manager will be responsible for leading all ITO (inquiry to order) from the initial inquiry through order turnover, forecast business levels and ITO reports as required.

Responsible for bookings, contribution margin and contract risk.

Essential Functions Lead Commercial Support activities for Emissions Monitoring Business.

Screen and bound opportunities, formulate pricing strategies, manage risk and integrate headquarters activities in alignment with financial and quality objectives.

Perform application engineering on customer requirements and work with the Emissions, Monitoring and Testing (EM&T) sales teams and Product Line Leaders to develop proposals with sales and commercial strategies that will allow the team to meet and exceed business goals.

Develop cost estimates that accurately reflect the scope of supply and the current costs.

Work with other business components to ensure that proposals represent a total solution for customer needs.

Key ITO resource accountable for delivering quality and well defined orders to the OTR (order to remittance) teams.

Update and insure accuracy of databases.

Follow the Environmental Services risk management process.

Negotiate as necessary with customers to insure order success and minimizing commercial, technical and legal risk.

Insure orders are consistent with proposals and resolve any commercial and technical differences working with sales, commercial operations and other groups as necessary.

Insure all orders are acceptable and entered in the OTR system.

~HJ~~CB~ Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.

Experience and knowledge of stack testing, core power generation products and services.

Prior sales, application engineering or product service experience.

Knowledge and understanding of commercial and legal contract requirements as well as engineering specifications.

PC, Database and MS-Office proficiency.

Demonstrated oral and written communication and presentation skills.
