Benefits Manager
Manager-Benefits Administration WORLD RENOWNED COSMETICS CO. Manager- Benefits Administration - Identifies and interprets all compliance requirements and develops training sessions and communication strategies to educate HR staff and employees as needed.
- Standardizes forms and administrative process for delivering benefits to employees.
Develops training sessions for the Benefits Administrators to insure that locally the programs are being delivered to employees in a format that is consistent with Corporate standards.
- Identifies needs and makes requests of the Communications Manager to support the communication of benefit programs and the value to the employee.
- Oversees the day-to-day administration and delivery of the Corporate programs.
Supervises and trains staff with regard to those programs and related administrative procedures.
- Supervises staff in processing, delivery and communication of life and disability claims, medical plan administration, employee counseling, employee benefits session and various wellness initiatives.
Identifies issues and work with the Director of Benefits Administration in developing and coordinating training sessions, communication packages and administrative processes as needed.
- Works with Benefits Systems Manager to assure that data is clean and available for use by "Line" function.
- Establish and document processes and procedures and report SOX compliance - Supervises preparation and payment of all premiums and administration fees.
Qualifications - Strong management/ leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent project/ process management skills.
- 5 - 7 years of related professional experience in Benefits - Supervisory experience will supervise 2 coordinators and an assistant.
- Bachelors Degree
