Assoc. Director, Retirement Plans
1. Manage the administration of US Legacy Pension plans including but not limited to participant accounts, plan & regulatory compliance, performing pension calculations and distribution.
2. Work with ERISA counsel and established Actuaries on plan compliance and plan change
3. Coordinate the data management all global pension and retirement plan
4. Manage the daily administration and plan compliance of the company's 401k pla
5. Work closely with Treasury to monitor plan assets and changes if necessar
6. Develop participant training materials and training mediums to increase employee 401k participatio
7. Assist in plan re-designs where necessar
8. Develop and manage internal reporting of plans and manage all plan audit
9. Key player in the development and implementation of pension data in our new generation HRI
10. Manage a staff of one Requirements
1. 10+ years experience in the administration and design of pension and 401k plan
2. Analytical & Creative thinke
3. Experience dealing with high level executives in executing plan detail
4. Strong customer service and employee communication skills a mus
5. Global or international experience a plus although not require
6. Experience in mentoring and developing jr. staff member
7. Prior experience in Entertainment a plus but not necessar
