Adhesives Operator: Elmer's Products, Inc.
Adhesives Operator I, 2nd Shift & 3rd ShiftADHESIVES OPERATOR I 2ND Shift & 3RD Shift Elmer's Products has an opening for an Adhesives Operator I, on 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Qualified applicants must have a good work and attendance record.
Industrial experience with mechanical aptitude is required.
Applicants must have strong attention to detail skills; the functional understanding and skill in processing accurate paperwork and SAP transactions; troubleshooting abilities, basic team leadership and motivational ability.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to,: making label roll changes and setup of one or more specific pieces of equipment- up to and including setup of the complete filling line; monitoring process quality; ability to work at a sustained urgent pace for full shift.
Position requires heavy lifting and standing for full shift.
Good communication skills are required with the initiative to actively contribute to a team effort.
Ability to work various shifts and overtime as required.
Assessment testing will be required.
