Tax Director
Position Type: Consulting Responsible for reviewing Corporate Federal, Multistate and Local Income Tax Returns.
Must have significant experience with FAS 109 as well as International Tax Issues.
Conduct research and prepare technical memoranda on tax issues as necessary.

Requirements The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, CPA preferred, 10 years of experience as a tax accountant – public accounting preferred.
