We are a small but growing company looking for consultants with three or more years of consulting experience.
Having experience in the Upstream Energy market in either oil & gas accounting, land management, field data capture or production administration is desirable but not required.

Qualifications Analyzes complex functions, procedures, and problems to find creative, logical, and effective solutions.
Understands client needs, identifies root causes of problems, and develops and implements creative and pragmatic solutions.
Able to travel every week.
Understands technology based on real-world experience in a variety of settings.
Encourages open communication by listening attentively and actively.
Seeks to fully understand information from many points of view.
Makes compelling presentations to a variety of audiences using visual aids, slide shows, and other media.
Able to present complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
Writes powerfully and persuasively using various styles and effectively addresses different needs and audiences.
Assists in the development of innovative ideas, advancements, and solutions.
Ability to manage complexities and competing priorities.
Experience converting and moving large quantities of data from legacy applications to new applications.
Experience maintaining database records, including entering, updating, correcting, and purging records.
