SEC Reporting Analyst
Position Type: Consulting Dynamic company in San Jose in searching for a SEC Reporting Specialist.
Ideal candidate will prepare 10Q, 10K reports, including MD&A, footnotes and financials.All applicants applying for US job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.
All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada.
Requirements Successful candidate must have recent SEC reporting experience.
Big 5 background preferred.
