SAP Training Developer
Job Details We are searching for an experienced SAP Training Developer.
They are responsible for applying knowledge of current learning models and determining the best instructional strategies using knowledge of adult learning theory to meet client learning expectations.
They must know how to gather content from multiple sources, interview client and IBM team members to obtain content related to the SAP subject matter, review and validate client requirements and objectives and acquire an overall knowledge of the client processes and transactions required to develop.
Strong knowledge of e-Learning and web-based training development tools and their application is very important to successfully apply developed content to deployment mechanisms.

5. x preferred, Candidates must have consulting experience and be able to influence our client set from executive level to the end-user.
Good understanding of SAP Modules.
Strong knowledge of SAP HR, Payroll, FICO, BW experience preferred, Strong knowledge of web-based and e-Learning development tools, Apply Principles of e-Learning, web-based training and Instructor-Led Training development, Apply Instructional Design Principles, Adult Learning Principles and Theories, Advise Learning Strategies and Solutions skills.
Bachelor's degree; ISD emphasis a plus.
Since most of our work is performed at client sites, this position requires up to 80% travel in the US Monday-Friday as needed and work from home when not at a client site.
