Resident Manager/ Leasing Representative: The Richdale Group
RESIDENT MANAGER We are recruiting for professional career oriented managers with a passion to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
If you are a self-starter with the ability to multi task, think on your feet, and have an eye for detail-we want to talk with you. You bring us the tenacity and ability to make things happen and we will give you variety and the authority to make decisions.
Aggressively leases apartments.
Ensures that all marketing calls are returned by leasing team in a timely manner.
Final analysis of closing ratios of leasing team.
Possesses knowledge of the property's demographics and that of the nearby competition.
Advises technicians on difficult work orders.
Initiates and directs the improvements for curb appeal and marketability.
Monitors time sub contractors spend on property.
Chief liaison with the corporate office for occupancy requirements.
Directs activity of all on site personnel.
Makes independent judgment for assessing and charging move outs for repairs and damages.
Develops daily, weekly, monthly marketing plan for multi million dollar property.
Qualified candidates must possess excellent communication and management skills, very strong organizational skills and a proven sales track record.
