This individual will be responsible for ongoing site work, Project Management & supervision, electrical design, controls system commissioning, PLC/SCADA / HMI programming & commissioning etc. Projects will be for the chemical, oil & gas, refinery industries.
Experience/exposure to: Software: NT, Wonderware, RS View, iFix, USDATA Factorylink, RS Logix, Controllogix, PLC/ SLC, Siemens Step7, Logicmaster, VersaPro Hardware: Schneider (AEG/Gould/Modicon), Allen-Bradley, GE Fanuc, Siemens, Omron, Telemechanique etc. Requirements: BS degree in Electrical, Chemical Engineering Minimum of 5+ years experience inclusive of: - Hands-on experience working with PLC/SCADA Programming - HMI configuration - Electrical Design - Controls Project Experience - Project Management Experience - Requirements Gathering - Instrumentation Experience in manufacturing would be beneficial Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and multi tasking skills Strong ability to collaborate and influence cross functional teams to ensure project success Excellent communication skills, including the ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing Responsibilities include: Project Management Conducting requirements gathering Developing PLC programs and system designs Developing HMI/SCADA applications Preparing design drawings and specifications for control panels, PLC and instrumentation systems.
