The client services position is responsible for providing expert consultative counsel to all assigned media clients.
Candidates will act as a partner to senior level clients, executing major segments of projects including monitoring product agenda's and service issues.
analyzing work processes, leading projects on best processes and efficiencies, discuss functionality changes and customizations.we are seeking a proactive business sponser, someone who can strategically understand where the business is going and what the clients needs are. Candidates will be expected to maintain a visible presence with key client contacts to build relationships, analyze process, define goals, make proactive recommendations and otherwise provide excellent client service.
We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's Degree and 5 plus years of experience as a project manager, management consultant or business analyst working in technology.
Candidates must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, strategic and analytical skills as well as exceptional client service abilites.
