Project Manager
Project Manager The COAF Business Risk Office is seeking an experienced, highly motivated risk management practitioner with strong strategic and integrative thinking skills as well as good organizational and communication skills to work with diverse business areas in the risk management space.
Specifically, we are looking for a professional to support our Risk Management Program and our Risk Initiatives Program along with additional responsibilities within the Business Risk Office.
The business risk office is very interested in finding a candidate that has worked in a project management role within a loan servicing environment.
Risk Management Program Activities: ,,X Manage ERSAs, including preparation and facilitation ,,X Ensure on-going risk identification, assessment and mitigation ,,X Manage risk event identification and resolution, including partnering with the business to ensure that resolution plans are sufficient and sustainable ,,X Manage overall risk management status reporting ,,X Support risk management training and awareness within COAF ,,X Build strong risk management practices within COAF ,,X Provide strategic insights towards developing and evolving the COAF BRO ,,X Other risk management activities as required Risk Initiatives Program Activities: ,,X Implement projects driven out of RegOps ,,X Implement projects driven out of ERM/Compliance ,,X Implement other internally driven risk-related projects Required Skills: Required or Preferred skills: ,,X Risk management experience and familiarity with Capital One's risk management tools and practices ,,X Highly motivated and self-directed with a strong sense of ownership ,,X Flexibility to change direction quickly based on business needs ,,X Comfortable with ambiguity and white-space thinking ,,X Able to understand business processes, and provide input for business solutions.
,,X Strong communication and influencing skills ,,X Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously ,,X Solid project management experience Applicants that meet the requirements and qualfications of the position may apply.

The position is open to all levels of project management experience.
