PROGRAM MANAGER 4
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Work with a team of SME's assigned to the process area of Demand to Deliver to describe and document current business environment, learn the Oracle 11i capabilities, drive reconciliation between "current" and future.
Primary focus to be the interim order fulfillment/logistics design state for the first two IBIS deployments and then the final order fulfillment/logistics end state for the last deployment.
Work will also include support of various fulfillment/logistics issues and activities within the IBIS project such as developing processes and defining testing needs and resources.
This person must work effectively with the Demand to Deliver team as well as the other IBIS process areas (Suspect to Order, Issue to Resolutions, Accounting to Reporting) to understand their processes and how they must integrate with order fulfillment for each deployment.
This person must liaise effectively with stakeholders and key business partners across businesses, geographies and product lines to understand the requirements.
This person must lead resolution of conflicting business goals within the specific process area and help define, and influence value-driven process change within the process area while interacting with SME's, Managers from other process areas and key stakeholders and business partners.
This person must be able to drive a single global process for SMI. This person must be able to escalate for success to provide visibility to critical and tough issues in a timely manner.
Work with the Demand to Deliver Business Director and Fulfillment/Logistics Lead, to determine the program deliverables for the defined IBIS scope and priority requirements.
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS: Analysis of business activities to drive optimization, simplification, standardization, globalization Ability to assist in the development of track plans with speed and business balance Ability to delegate tasks or decisions based on clear accountability/responsibilities REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Broad understanding of the current state and future direction as applicable to Demand to Deliver Experience in design and implementation of value chain systems.
Skilled collaborator in engaging multiple constituents across the businesses, geographies and product lines Ability to effectively convey ideas and information through verbal and written communication Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic global team environment Ability to drive a results oriented risk analysis and trade-off process Ability to ruthlessly prioritize when faced with goals and deadlines.
Ability to escalate for success Manage a decision making process that balances the needs of the project against business need trade offs PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE: Broad understanding of the current state and future direction as applicable to Demand to Deliver Experience in design and implementation of value chain systems.
