Job Description: A Sales Director is responsible for the coordination of sales efforts in a multi-city region.
There are a total of 10-15 sales representatives reporting into this position.
Assume overall accountability for establishing and implementing an effective sales force, meeting district and regional sales goals and developing regional sales strategies.
Individually motivate sales teams to develop new business.
Evaluate sales representatives and provide formal and informal training delivery in appropriate areas, including: time management, prospecting, qualification, selling skills, sales strategy, product knowledge, and closing skills.
Coach and assist sales representatives in the preparation of special proposals including, pricing quotations, terms of sales and transfer dates as requested by potential customers.

Position Requirements: - At least (7) seven years of experience in sales or sales management experience - Experience leading commission based sales personnel - Ability to manage 10 to 15 sales reps - Ability to lead from the front Compensation/Benefits: 1099, commission/override based, first year income $150k+; second year income $250k+; when territories are fully matured, income potential is mid-six figure level.
