Organizational Change Strategy Sr. Consultant - Financial Services
Job Details Act as a critical member of a client project team to perform the bulk of the engagement work as defined by the client contract.
The senior consultant is responsible for directing themselves and other consultants in the gathering of facts (primary, secondary data), analyzing the client s business, drawing conclusions, preparing final reports, and giving the presentation.
Must be able to self-direct and work effectively with others at all levels of an organization with team members, senior leaders, and clients.
In addition, must be capable of providing thought leadership based on knowledge and experience in organization change strategy.
They must function as both a team member and a workstream leader in a time-compressed, highly dynamic and potentially ambiguous client situation to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.
Workplace M-Mobile/Telecommuters Division Global Business Services: 05-BCS BUSINESS CONSULTING SVCS Desired Skills REQUIREMENTS: 5-10 years prior strategy consulting experience in organization change / organizational design, organizational alignment as well as value realization required.
Preferred experience with leadership development, outsourcing, communication planning and execution, change readiness and culture change.
ERP implementation experience a plus.
Ability to work in a team environment; ability to manage a workstream.
Industry experience in Financial Services, Insurance and/or Banking.
MBA and/or Master's degree required.
Since the majority of our consulting work is done at our client sites, this position requires 80-100% travel.
