Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

Prepare financial and/or operational analyses and reports.

Audit current procedures to monitor and improve efficiency of operations.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage the daily operations of the company (or department) and its various components, ensuring compliance with company, local, state, and federal policies and regulations.

Develop or assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient and safe operation.

Create repeatable processes and implement best practices.

Attract, hire, and retain employees.

Supervise personnel, which includes work allocation, training, development, and problem resolution.

Evaluate performance and make recommendations for personnel actions.

Motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.

Review and interpret financial and operating information, as appropriate.

Coordinate and develop periodic financial and/or operating analyses.

Prepare financial/business reports for senior company officials.

Provide advice and assistance in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of modifications to existing operations, systems, and procedures.

Represent the organization at various community and/or business meetings.

Develop annual operating budgets and provide fiscal direction.
